This is only an example of an Calorie
Intake Log Entry for Breakfast, once you become a client, you will receive a Art
Worx Fitness Log booklet.
BThe client will record their calorie intake each
day for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Based on the results of the calorie count
suggestions can be made accordingly, for instance, eating a Bigger
Breakfast, adding fruit to your Lunch, & eating a smaller Dinner
can help to change your body's metabolism, giving
your body a chance to burn more calories.
After Breakfast / Lunch, your body has at least 8 to12 hours to burn off
the calories. If Dinner is your largest meal, &
you go to sleep 4 hours later, the possibility that you can burn off the
calories accumulated during the Dinner meal are slim, resulting in WEIGHT
