Art Worx Cardio Body Sculpting System
The Art Worx Cardio Body Sculpting System is
designed to Enhance Muscle Mass, Sculpt Fat,
Increase Stamina, & Build Muscular Endurance. The
Art Worx Cardio Body Sculpting System is
an intensification of the 3rd Phase / Performance Phase of the
Art Worx 3 Phase Personal Fitness Training System. After the 30th
Session or the completion of the 3rd Phase ( The Performance Phase )
of the Art Worx 3 Phase Personal Fitness Training System, the number of exercises
performed during the 3 Phase System, designed to exercise all
654 muscles, is reduced to those specific exercises for the " target
area's " of the clients body. Exercise Intensity is increased by
increasing the weight of the dumbbells, & ankle weights, the tempo which the
exercises are performed is at a slower pace than the tempo that the exercises
included in the " 3 Phase System " are performed, but the tempo is
faster than a " Weight Lifting Tempo " to encourage positive
cardiovascular benefits & body sculpting results. The Art Worx Cardio
Body Sculpting System is also designed to burn at least 500 calories &
to promote muscle tone, to strengthen the muscles without an increase in the
size of the body part or an increase in weight, also a reduction of body fat %
results from the combination of body sculpting exercises & cardiovascular
exercises.
The Art Worx Cardio Body Sculpting System is
an exercise routine that can last a lifetime because the client can continue to
improve the results by increasing the weight of dumbbells when improvements in muscular
endurance are attained. The number of repetitions for each Cardio
Body Sculpting exercise starts at 32 ( 4 sets of 8 ) &
increases with the clients progress.
