Art Worx Personal Fitness Training Endurance Standards

An Art Worx Endurance Standards Test will be administered to every client before the training sessions begin, & each month following. The results of each test will be compared to the charts below & after an analysis of the results is conducted, a Fitness Training Program can be designed to improve the client's test results.
